Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred; •If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more in advance, no fee will be charged. •If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, you must pay a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment before you can rebook. •If you no call-no show, we charge 100% no show fee of the scheduled appointment and you will need to pay a 50% deposit to rebook. •If this is your first visit and you no show, you will be banned from the scheduling list.
